How long does shipping take?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping destination and the amount of items you purchase. The correct price for the shipping fee will show up on the checkout page.
How long will it take to ship my order?
The time it takes to ship an order depends on the shipping method chosen. Shipping times can vary depending on the distance between the origin and the destination.
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and preparation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Is it safe to shop on this Website?
We use the Shopify platform, which is an industry leader in backend website services. We use Shopify and Paypal payment processing solutions, as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. We have never heard from a customer regarding their information being compromised through use of our site. So, yes we think it is safe to shop with us.
Can I make a change after placing my order?
Typically due to the quick turn around times we are unable to make any changes. Please contact us via email or phone to see if we can accommodate your request.
Refunds & Returns
We will except except returns only within five business days. The customer will be in charge of returning the items back at their expense. If you wish to order another size, you will need to place another order through the website. Please carefully review the following guidelines and procedures for initiating a return:
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.
- The item must be accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

to inform us of your intent to return the item. - Await approval from our team before proceeding with the return.
- If approved, the customer is responsible to return and ship the item(s) at their own expense.
Please note that we will not accept any returns that have not been previously approved through our return process.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), swimwear, clearance items, and gift cards. If you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to initiate a return for the unwanted item and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How should I wash my garment, and do they shrink?
we recommend to cold-water wash inside out and hang dry. If it is a bit larger than you'd prefer, the dryer will somewhat shrink any garment with cotton.
How can I sell your product in my store?
Warriorsway is aimed to be carried in various retailers in the bay area, if your retail store or webstore is a good fit for the brand.
